reactor operator license-(No. OP-50201-1), has expired.
Since January 2, 1990, Mr.
Murphy has been under medical evaluation for'a temporary illness, Due to excessive absenteeism, as a result' of this temporary illness, he was unable to ~ complete his 1990 requalification training requirements pursuant to 10 CFR 55.53(h).
During the period of the temporary il.iness, Mr. Murphy was assigned to the operations. support staff and was not actively perfor.ning the functions _of a reactor operator. Mr. Murphy had.been licensed under Docket Number 55-50216.
The effective date of Mr.' Murphy's_ license expiration was February _15, 1991.
