Dear Mr. Denton:
References one and two transmitted the draft Callaway and Wolf Creek Plant Technical Specifications for NRC review. As a result of a recent meeting with the NRC (H. Shaw), ShvPPS has developed a revision to the Technical Specification for snubbers.
The purpose of this letter is to transmit the revised specifica-tion. The new revision to the snubber specification and its basis replaces, in its entirety, the old specification and basis transmit-ted by reference one. The specification revision applies to both the Wolf Creek and Callaway Sites.
