Starostechi This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by bit. S. Hudson of your cffice on September 1-October 1,1982 d the Mine blite Point Nuclear Station Unit M1.

In regard to the seven outstanding 1980 circulars, a further review of our records has revealed that three of.them had been addressed at the time of the inspection.

IEC 80-03, " Protection From Toxic Gas Hazards", had been addressed and ciosed out by a study dated 12/31/80.

1EC 80-09, " Plant Internal Commwtication Systems", tato addressed and closed out on 2/12/82.

IEC 80-18, "10 CFR 50.59 Safety Evaluations" teas addressed and closed out on 1/4/82 Three of the rema.ining four outstanding circulars have been addressed and closed out subsequent to the Inspection.

IEC 80-08, "RBS Response Time" tazs addressed and closed out on 11/8/82.

IEC 80-10, "Faiture to Maintain Environmental Qualification of Equipment", tais addressed and closed out on 11/15/82.
