Dear Sir:
The Reference (A) letter stated, in part, in response to item of non-compliance (50-293/81-24-01), that PNPS Procedure 1.5.3, " Maintenance Requests" would be revised and affected personnel trained by May 31, 1982.
Compliance was not achieved by May 31, 1982 due to the extent of the revisions made to Procedure 1.5.3.
Training for affected personnel has begun and will be completed by December 1, 1982. The revised procedure will be implemented when the training is completed.
The revised MR forms are printed and will be issued concurrent with the revised procedure implementation.
Full compliance will be achieved by December 1,1982.
