Licensee Event-Report 50-266/301 94-002-00, Inoperability Of Both j

Emergency Diesel Generators, was submitted.

Licensee Event Report 50-266/301 94-003-00, Reactor Coolant Sample System Containment Isolation Valve Testing, was submitted.

Safety-related maintenance included:

1. The leads on the ammeter for D-305' swing station battery were swapped, at the sliders (external side), because incorrect movement was indicated during a battery service test.

2. The packing on P-32E service water pump was adjusted because of excessive seal leakage (approximately 2 gpm).
3. The regulator filter and three positioner gauges were changed on component cooling heat exchanger (HX-12B) outlet temperature control valve operator (SW-00012B).

North Zurn strainer inlet valve (SW-00016) was replaced with a rebuilt valve because of leakage through the valve seats.

5.

Replaced two broken tension pins in the service water north header east isolation valve operator (SW-00063).

6.

Calibrated I/P converter and valve positioner on RHR heat exchanger HX-11A.

7.

Replaced four 480 VAC molded case circuit breakers as part of the breaker upgrade program.

Power was reduced 3%-

on March 23, 1994 because of feed flow calculation uncertainties associated'with the leading edge flow meters.

The unit is currently operating at 98.5% and a Licensee Event Report is being.

submitted to describe the condition.

Safety-related maintenance included:

1. Installed amptector and replaced operating mechanism on 480 VAC breaker (B52-39A) which supplies power to a containment accident recirculat' ion fan.
2. A safety injection line snubber (HS-26) was replaced.
