On the basis of telephone discussions with Mr. Gene Bates of your staff on November 30, 1982 concerning the Emergency Plan for the Texas A&M University AGN-201M Reactor Facility, the University submits this amendmer.t to the plan.
In order to define the exact location of the Emergency Support Ceriter, the following is added under section 8 of the plan:
8.5 The reactor control room and/or hold stations are designated to serve as emergency support centers.
The locations shall be activated as appropriate in response to the situation or event 1:1 process.
