Application for Amendment of Operating License Enclosed please find Omaha Public Power District's (OPPD) " Application for Amendment of Operating License," which seeks to amend Technical Specification 2.1.4 of the Fort Calhoun Station Unit No.1 Technical Specifications.

This submittal supplements the application submitted by Reference 3 based on conversations between Mr. S. D. Bloom of NRR and members of my staff concerning the addition of a 30 day time limit for radiation monitors to be inoperable which is consistent with the Combustion Engineering Standard Technical Specifications.

Attachment A contains replacement pages reflecting the requested changes of the Technical Specification.

The Discussion, Justification and No Significant Hazards Considerations transmitted in Reference 3 has not been revised.
