By letter dated February 13, 1981, the Division of Licensing (DL) staff completed their review of your application dated February 9,1981. This application requested an extension of completion dates for approved fire protection modift-cations for the Prairie Island Huclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2.
By letter dated February 13, 1981, your Cospany remitted a Class II fee ($1,200) pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
Based on information provided by the DL staff as the result of their final review of your application, it has been determined that a Class II fee ($1,200) l and a Class I fee ($400) are appropriate for the February 9,1981 application since the review was administrative in nature and was for both units. There-l fore, you should remit the sum of $400 to this office.
