Cooper fluclear Station We have corpleted our review of the subject nodification for your facility.
Our review was based on your past subnittals as referenced in the enclosed Safety Evaluation. We find your pmposed design nodifications and the Technical Specification changes you intend to subnit, as described, to be acceptable.
It is our understanding that the modification will be complete by the end of your 1982 refueling outage, and that pmposed Technical Specifications in the fom of a mauest for rodification of your license will be submitted once the time delays have been selected and verified by General Electric.
If this understanding is not correct, please notify us within 30 days of the date of this letter.
This completes our review of this issue except for your forthcoming Technical Specification submittal which should confom to the appropriate guidance contained in the Safety Evaluation and the enclosed Technical Evaluation Report. Please include in this submittal a reference to this letter, and a statement to the effect that General Electric has verified the time i
delays.
