ff Gentlemen:

The material proprietary to the Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Westinghouse) in the Westinghouse report entitled " Point Beach Steam Generator Sleeving Report, WCAP-9960, Retision 1 (Proprietary), WCAP-9960, Rev.1," 10 copies of which were sent to you on March 11, 1982, by Mr. C. W. Fay, the Assistant Vice President of Wisconsin Electric Power Company was marked incompletely.

This resulted from an effort to complete the report in time for the hearings which were pending when this report was being prepared, but which have now been canceled.

Please make no public disclosure of the contents of this report, whether marked as proprietary or not.

A correctly marked version is being prepared, and should be printed and 4

delivered sometime the week of March 22, 1982.

Its substantive contents are the same as the report the regulatory staff is now reviewing. We see no reason that the staff's technical review cannot continue pending delivery of the correctly marked version.
