The attached information provides the balance of the plant specific information for North Anna 2, appropriate for the development of input informatioa-for system transient analysis computer codes-as requested by Mr. Robert A. Clark's letter to me dated December 29, 1981. This information supplements the data provided by my letter to you dated January 26, 1982, Serial No. 029.
You will note that some of this information overlaps the previously transmitted data.
Some slight differences occur in the area of physics input, in that the previously transmitted information was representative beat l
estimate data, as opposed to the bounding safety analysis input supplied here.
This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information which addresses commercial and financial information which Westinghouse considers privileged or confidential.
It is of a type customarily held in confidence by Westinghouse and is ordinarily not disclosed to the 3eneral public.
This information is being furnished in accordance with the request of the Commission in connection with its audit calculation program and pursuant to the Commission's general powers under Section 161 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. Accordingly, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosure,

Additionally, we request that this material only be used internally and only for the purpose for which it is submitted.
It should not be otherwise used, disclosed, duplicated or disseminated, in whole or in part, to any other person or organization outside the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the Idaho National Computer System.
The information is to be restricted by a unique computer program cross validation to prevent disclosure and to remain contained by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission within the immediate needs of the audit program. Prior written approval by Westinghouse should be obtained for other use.
