Specifically, for Hotice of Nonconformance items A through D, you have failed to provide:

(1)specificcorrective actions pertaining to the identified nonconformances; and (2) your actions that have been or will be taken to preclude recurrence.

Please provide this additional information within 25 days from the date of this letter in order that we may complete our review.
