A document dated November 14, 1981, but executed on Novem-ber 16, 1981,* has been filed by three individuals apparently on behall of themselves and an organization called Co-op Members for Responsible Investment (CMRI) seeking intervention herein.
The Applicants, pursuant to 10 CFR S 2.714(c), answer this petition and say that at least in its present form it should be denied for the reasons set forth below.
The only allegation of " interest" made in the petition is the allegation that the three individuals are members of a
