- Wynter, I have placed a proprietary copy of the revised, draft safety evaluation (SE) for BWRVIP-25, Revision 1: BWR Vessel and Internals Project, BWR Core Plate Inspection and Flaw Evaluation Guidelines in the box.com folder. Because of the extensive revisions on the initial draft SE, the staff believes it is prudent to provide the revised draft SE to the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) for comment. EPRI should provide comments to identify any proprietary information not already marked and to ensure the SE accurately reflects the topical report.
The EPRI comments should be provided via a formal letter under the appropriate signature authority. Also, please provide an electronic copy via the box.com folder. The electronic copy should be in redline/strikeout to help expedite the NRC staff review of any additional comments. The table included in the SE reflecting the initial EPRI comments should be updated to include any new comments on the revised draft SE.
Per our discussions, EPRI will provide comments by Friday, March 2.
