SUBJECT:
POSSIBLE SAB0TAGE -- SALEM NUCLEAR PLANT Robert Kurzweil, Assistant U.S. Attorney _(AUSA), with the U.S. Attorney's Office in Camden, New Jersey, contacted me on November _20, 1980, concerning the captioned subject.
After being advised of the most recent amendment to the Atomic Energy Act pertaining to sabotage of nuclear facilities which is codified as 42 USC 2284, Kurzweil--said that he would like to have a copy of the amendment for his review.
He said that after his review of the amendment, he may want to see a_ copy of the Inspection and Enforcement investigation report concerning this incident, but he does not want a copy now.
It was agreed that a copy of the amendment would be fontarded.
