APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regalations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Power Authority of the State of New York, as holder of Facility Operating License No. OPR-59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Technical Specificatier6 Section 6.13(B), " Emergency Plan," on page 258 to postpone the site evacuation exercise until 1982.
This change is requested because the Authority has been notified that existing emergency exercise plans do not fully meet the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendit I;.
The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is presented in Attachment I to this Applicaton.
The Safety Evaluation is included in Attachment II.
