Background:
Dr. Rosalie Bertell, by letter dated July 18, 1977, has filed a petitien requesting amendment of 10 CFR Part 20. She is recuesting the folicwing:

Purpose:
The purpose of this meeting is to explore in more detail some of Dr. Bertell's current concepts and hypotheses in the area of radiation effects.
Suggested topics for discussion are:
l.
Possible future regulatory actions to' reflect Dr. Bertell's.
hypotheses.

Clarification f the objectives of Dr. Bertell's recent petition.
3.
The Tri-State epidemiological study data and their usefulness in f:RC's current involvement in an epide.,i-ological planning feasibility study on_the effects of low-level ionizing radiation.
