SUBJECT:
ACCEPTANCE OF CORFECTED ELECTRONIC EXPOSURE REPORT FOR FIRST QUARTER 1996 The computer disk containing the corrected employee exposure report for the first quarter of 1996 has been received and a load report from the NRC Employee Exposure System (EES) is attached for your review and acceptance. The load report consists of two parts - a
- tailed listing of acceptable records for your office and a summary of records that generated
.e ror messages when EES tried to validate them. None of these records have been entered in, the NRC database yet.
This corrected report was delayed by numerous contractor issues. We request that you have the Radiation Safety Officer for your office perform an expedited review of the records for your employees and verify that they are acceptable. Please provide comments conceming the acceptability of this report tu us by March 7,1997.
Please note that most of the records in the load summary will not be entered into the NRC database unless the missing or erroneous data is corrected. You must provide us with the necessary information to correct these records if you want them entered into the NRC database. The dosimetry contractor (Radiation Detection Company) should be informed of errors that may be repeated on future reports also.
