=The subject Letter Contract was effective November 13, 1989. 'It.was anticipated'by:the parties that a definitive contract would be executed on or before December,1, 1989 (or by' subsequent date mutually' agreed upon in writing),
Pursuant to the terms of the Letter Contract, it.is.hereby mutually agreed that the'definitization date shall-be extended from
- December 1, 1989.to December 8, 1989.
The. amount obligated by the Commission with respect to this. contract remains.at $7,440'.00 and represents the maximum liability.to the Commission in the event of-failure to reach agreement on a definitive contract. All other terms and conditions of the Letter Contract shall remain in effect.
