Dear Sir:

This is provided to formally notify your office of organizational change; which have been informally described to members of your staff. A revised Techr.ical Specification Change Request will also be provided in the near future.

The Off-Site Organization descrit,ed in Change Request No. 55, Revision 2, has been modified as follows:

a) The Nuclear Operations Training Manager now reports to the Manager, Nuclear Support Services.

b) The Nuclear Operations Administrative Manager now reports to Nuclear Opera-tions Controls.

The On-e Organization described in Change Request No. 51, Revision 2, has been modifie y identifyinga second Technical Support Services Superintendent, reporting to the Nuclear Plant Manager, responsible for Security.

The Off-Site changes were made to reduce the number of persons reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Nuclear Operations, thereby allowing him to be more effective in managing Florida Power Corporation's nuclear program. The On-Site change w" made to increase the attention being given to Security by FPC/CR3 managemer2.
