Please find enclosed two copies of the Summary Report for the Environmental Radiation Surveillance Program being con-ducted by Colorado State University for the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generating Station for the period July 1, 1980 through December 31, 1980.
This document is submitted to report the results of environmental radiological monitoring performed in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specification SR 5.9.1 of Appendix A to operating license DPR-34.
