Attached for your infonnation is a copy of Amendment No. 24 to Provision-al Operating License No. DPR-45 for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor.
This amendment includes the requirements for the dedicated safe shutdown system which the NRC staff found necessary to preclude reliance on the crib house and underground piping at the site.
