Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The referenced IE Bulletin addresses the failure of Westinghouse type W-2 spring return to neutral control switches. After evaluating all equipment purchased for Waterford 3 LP&L has concluded that no Westinghouse type W-2 spring return to neutral control switches are being used on the Waterford 3 site.
The manpower expended in this review effort was 4 mandays.
