Dear Mr. Little bhn:
This is in response to your letter dated October 25, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 1) documents pertaining to the complete set of events regarding the transportation and inspection of eight shipments of radioactive waste from Dairyland Power Cooperative-Lacrosse Boiling Water Reactor during March - April 1979 and 2) all generic documentation relating to cask model NFS-4.
In a telephone conversation on November 6,1980 between youself and Carol Ann Reed of my staff you agreed to limit the second part of your request to documents relating to the defect of cask model NFS-4.
The documents listed in Appendix A are enclosed.
In your letter you agreed to bear the cost of reproducing the documents requested. The cost of reproducing the enclosed 166 pages and 12 drawings is $23.30.
Please send a check made payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission in that amount, along with a copy of this letter, to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission, Washington, DC 20555.
This completes action on your request.
