Release of Certain Proprietary Geologic Data AECM-79/03 Mississippi Power 6 1.ight Company developed certain proprietary geologic data during the c onstruction permit review of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station.
By your letter of November 9, 1978, you requested that l
release a portion of the seismic reflection profile data submitted we to the NRC on December 13, 1973, in the Grand Gulf Preliminary Safety Analysis Report.
Specifically, you requested release of seismic Line 11, Bechtel Corporation, Monette Area, Craighead County, Arkansas.
l In response to your request, I have attached a copy of seismic Line 11, Bechtel Corporat f on, Monette, Area, Craighead County, Arkansas, and certain explanatory material, for your use.
The attached geologic data is a limited release of proprietary information, and should not be used for any other purpose than in connection with the scientific investi-gation being undertaken by the NRC, the U. S. Geological Survey, and state agencies of the Upper Mississippi Embayment Seismic 7.one and any scientific publicat ions prepared in connection with this study, without the prior written permission of Mississippi Power 6 Light Company.
