The following is submitted in regard to our letter of September 15, 1980, which responded to Inspection Report 80-28 for Hatch fluclear Plant Units 1 and 2.
Item E of the referenced letter stated that a document index for authorized drawings and manuals would be completed by March 1,1981.
Since the tima of our initial response, we have enlarged the scope of the index to include all vendor manuals and not just those applicable to safety-related plant procedures as originally stated.
This enlarged workscope, combined with delays by the site contractor, has made the original date unattainable. We therefore request an extension until l
June 1,1981, for completion of this item.
It should be noted that all l
manuals cited under item E were revised as of September 30, 1980.
