nocab-question1: The licensee indicates that it feels that a CAB is not necessary or productive. As a local citizen and member of Concerned Citizens of Lacey Coalition, I respectfully disagree with licensee's viewpoint
nocab-question2: To give input and response to plans that the licensee may have for decommissioning.
nocab-question3: Licensee plans local "community forums," which are nothing but the company's view of how they want to proceed and what they think the impacts to the local community may be.
nocab-question4: From the licensees viewpoint, a great deal--they can minimize transparency and only present or discuss what they want to promote. From the community's perspective, no advantage to not having a local CAB! The community needs transparency, involvement in the process, better communication from licensee to community as perceived by the community, not the licensee nocab-question5: See answer to 4) above.
