1 PLANT SYSTEMS SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (Continued) b.

At least once per 18 months during shutdown by:

1.

Verifying that each automatic valve in the flow path actuates to its correct position on MSIS or EFAS test signals.

2.

Verifying that the motor driven pump starts automatically upon receipt of an EFAS test signal.

3.

Verifying that the turbine driven pump steam supply MOV opens automatically upon receipt of an EFAS test signal.

4.

Verifying the normal flow path of the turbine driven EFW trair, from the primary EFW system water source to the steam generators.

The provisions of Specification 4.0.4 are not applicable.
