ORDER RULING ON MOTION OF COMMONIEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS TO SUPPLEMENT THE HEARING RECORD ON THE ISSUE OF NEED FOR POIER (October 2,1980)
Intervenor, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, haa moved the Board to supplement the record by including in the record two recently published documents.
These have been marked as Applicant's Exhibits 21 A and B, and 22.
Applicant's Exhibi.ts 21 A and. B are entitled
" Boston Edison Company Long-Range Forecast of Electric Power Needs and Requirements, Annual Supplement 1-D, 1980-1989, Volumes I and II, May 1, 1980".
Applicant's Exhibit 22 is entitled "NEP00L Fore-cast for New England, 1980-1995, April 1, 1980".
The Applicant and the NRC Staff filed responses stating that there was no obj ection to the motion.
