Dear Mr. MacDonald:
General Atomic Company herewith nakes application for rencual of the Certi-ficate of Compliance No. 6346 issued for the FSV-1 fuel shipping package.
Pursuant to your 10/18/79 request, we are supplying two revised docunents (Enclosures 1 and 2) which consolidate relevant information frem all previous submissions. Uc suggest that these documents be used in superseding all previous submissions. Also attached is a $150 check to cover the prescribed fees for this package's certificate rencual.
We believe the renewed certificate of compliance should be substantially the same wording except for the deletion of (1) three dra ring references from Section 5(a)(3) and (2) inappropriate references now superseded by this consolidated submittal. The deleted drawings are 40155D, Rev. 1; 70105F, Rev. 5; and 70104F, Rev. 5.
We look forward to your issuance of the renewal of Certificate of Compliance showing the Public Service Conpany of Colorado as a registered user of the package.
