Dear Mr. Keppler:
In response to your June 5,1980 letter which transmitted comments regarding the actions being taken in response to your Immediate Action Letter dated thy 2,1980, it was agreed that the comments in Paragraph 1 of Appendix A to the June 5, 1980 letter would be modified. The required modifications, which are contained in the enclosure to this letter, were agreed to between Messrs. J. F. Donahue and T. Madeda of your office, and Mr. M. R. Polk of Toledo Edison in a telephone conversation of June 16, 1980.
