filed a notice of appeal from the Licent;ing Board's October 12, 1989, memorandum and order denying the joint intervenors' motion to admit lox-power testing contentions.

to expedite the appeal with a suggested briefing schedule.
We are particularly interested in obtaining the views of the applicants and the NRC staff on the Attorney General's motion.
