Reference (a) provided information required for your review of our pump and valve inservice inspection program.
Reference (b) requested addi-tional information and clarification to enable you to complete your re-view of our valve test program.
Enclousre 2 provides the necessary in-fonnation and provides a current summary of our valve test program for Unit 1.
Enclaure 2 supersedes entirely enclosure 2 of reference (a). provides an interpretation of required testing while a reactor is in a cold shutdown or refueling mode.
It is our understanding that you find this explanation acceptable.
Therefore, we agree to follow the guide-line provided in enclosure 1 during the inservice test programs outlined in references (a) and (c).
