Dear Mr. Keppler:
IE Bulletin No. 80-11, dated May 8, 1980, requested the Toledo Edison Company to report on Items 1, 2a and 3 within 60 days (oy July 7,1980) for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
Plant surveys necessary to address Item 1, including areas inaccessible during normal plant operation, have been completed.
However, reduction of survey results into an organized report and logistics of reviews, ap-provals, and submittals will require an additional week beyond that specified in the Bulletin. Therefore, it is our plan to submit the information requested in Items 1, 2a and 3 of IE Bulletin No. 80-11 on July 14, 1980.
