1.
Three venders with a total of 28 ITT Ceneral Controls Models AH-90 and 2H-90 series hydramotor actuators which contain defective springs have been identified and are listed in the attached table.
2.
All three vendors have been contacted and are currently evaluating which actuators will require modification or replacement and which actuators will meet the specification requirements concerning the defective spring and sizing nomograph prob 12m % scribed in IE Bulletin 80-09 The results of the vendor evaluat$on, including the need for any changes required to meet specification requirementr, are expected to be complete by August 11, 1980.
