We have taken a look at the questions, and as mentioned on the phone, we would like to request an extension from the October 31 date. Due to competing priorities with other Holtec applications we plan on submitting responses in two batches:
December 15, 2019 - RAI-1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 March 15, 2020 - RAI-11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18
Please let me know if you need this sent in a formal letter.

We just issued the RAI for UMAX Amd 3 (see attachments). The attachments are the same as the files in ADAMS. I added DRAFT in case they look different after ADAMS formatting. I will send you the password for the proprietary file later.
Let me know if you think a clarification call is needed for this RAI. At this time, we anticipate RAI response by 10/30/2019. Let me know if you need more time.
