On December 20, 1979 it was reported to your office that a potential re-portable item under 10CFR50.55(e) existed at Plagt Vogtle concerning voids in concrete placements on interior walls in the auxiliary building.
Georgia Power Company has conducted a significant deficiency evaluation and an evaluation for a substantial safety hazard.
It has been concluded that a significant deficiency and a substantial safety hazard did exist.
Attached is the Georgia Power Company report concerning the voids in concrete placements on interior walls in the auxiliary building.
This response contains no proprietary information and may be placed in the NRC Public Documents Room upon receipt.
