On this date, the NRC Staff is filing several Motions for Summary Disposition dealing with contentions which have been admitted in this proceeding.
One of the affiants upon which the Staff Motions rely is Mr. R. Daniel Glenn, Senior Development Engineer with Battelle Northwest Laboratory. Due to his residence in the Pacific florthwest, Mr. Glenn has been unable to execute those affidavits which he either prepared or assisted in preparing. The Staff intends to file with the members of this Board and the parties to

this proceeding a supplemental affidavit from Mr. Glenn wherein he will attest to the truth and accuracy of the above-referenced affidavits.
