Dear Dr. Blackshaw:
The Cormission has issued the enclosed Order that authorizes you to dismantle the AGN-211P Reactor in accordance with your application dated September 27, 1979, as supplemented November 30, 1979. The dismantling plan replaces the Technical Specifications in their entirety.
The related Safety Evaluation, Environmental Impact Appraisal, and Negative Declaration are also enclosed.
A copy of the Order and Negative Declaration are being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
