TS 4.5 - HSM-H Configuration Changes, and Enclosure 10 Evaluation Form 76 An obvious typographical error is corrected to HSM-M change to HSM-H in the very middle of this one-sentence TS.
6 Inspections, Tests, and Evaluations (ITE) 4.4 When Amendment 15 TS 3.1.4 was converted to ITE 4.4, the NOTE regarding DSCs with heat loads less than the maximum heat load listed in the ITE table was inadvertently left out. That NOTE has been added to ITE 4.4.
7 UFSAR Chapters:
K.9 M.9 P.9 T.9 U.9 Y.9 Z.9 Evaluation Form #29 for Amendment 15 TS 4.1 (Notes and proposed alternatives provision) concludes with the UFSAR requirements incorporated by reference in the UFSAR chapters listed here as no longer being incorporated by reference. In the Amendment 16 Revision 4 submittal, the associated changes to those UFSAR chapters were inadvertently not included. Those changes are included herein in the Enclosure 16 changed UFSAR pages.
8 ITE 3.3.3.b Provide clarification that the reference to limits is within Technical Specification 2.0.

Appendix C, Tables C-1 through C-18, Code citation NCA-1140 This change updates pointers to the Code Edition and Addenda Tables to reflect that they now reside in CoC Sections II.1.b and II.1.c.
10 Appendix C, Tables C-11 and C-15, Code citation NB-6100 and 6200 This change corrects a typographic error; with has been updated to within consistent with other table entries.
