Monday, August 26, 2019 5:09:40 PM This is to inform the NRC that the activities necessary to close the sale and transfer the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station have been completed. The closing of the sale transaction was effective August 26, 2019. At the time of closing, with the NRCs approval, Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
transferred its currently licensed authority to Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC, and indirect control of Entergy Nuclear Generation Companys ownership interests in the facility licenses was transferred to Holtec International. In addition, Entergy Nuclear Generation Company changed its name to Holtec Pilgrim, LLC. The parties request that the NRC issue the conforming license amendment.
