1005.12 Revision 5 THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION STATION SECURITY PROCEDURE 1005.12 INTERFACE WITH VISITORS DURING A RADI ATION EMERCENCY 1.0 PURPOSE This procedure details the action to be taken, and the control imposed by the Site Protection Officers (SP0s) in processing visitors during a radiation emergency.
1.1 Scope This procedure deals exclusively with visitors who are in the area between the North gate entrance and the Service Building who are enroute to or from the nuclear station when a radiation emergency alann is sounded.

i When a Radiation Emergency Alarm or verbal notification is received

by the North Gate SP0, the SP0 shall take the following action:
3.1 Immediately close the North gate to personnel entrance and exit

The Shif t Supervisor may authorize entrance or egress from the site.
3.2 Immediately contact all visitors present in the area between the
