Dear Mr. Schwencer:
The NRC staff has announced that its sr.fety evaluation report (SER) on the adequacy of the Trojan control building repairs would De delayed.
The Energy Facility Siting Council has requested that resolution of the control building issue be resolved expeditiously.
Oregon believes resolution of the control building question is important to assuring safe plant operation and the availability of electricity.
If you believe your SER will be delayed for more than one month we would appreciate hearing when you estimate this issue will be resolved.
