PALISADES PLANT - WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST TO CONVERT PALISADES TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS TO STANDARD TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (TAC NO. M95160)
Dear Mr. Smedley:
By letter dated March 29, 1996, you applied for an amendment to the Palisades Plant Operating License No. DPR-20.
The proposed change would have modified the facility technical specifications by converting the Current Technical Specifications (CTS) to adopt a format consistent with NUREG-1432, the Improved Technical Specifications (ITS).
Subsequently, by letter dated May 31, 1996, you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
