This event is being reported in accordance with the Palisades Facility Operating License DPR-20, Section 2.F as a violation of Section 2.C.(1) of the license. This event has been determined to be a probable violation of the limits of our design analyses and is, therefore, also reported in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50. 73(a)(2)(ii)(B) as a condition outside the plant design basis.*

- 1. A study of the required limits on reactor power, including uncertainties, will be performed to determine the limits that should be incorporated into the operating procedures. These limits will then be incorporated into the applicable procedures if they are different from the current limits.
