Dear Dr. Sinclair:

November 18, 1994 This is in response to your note of November 11, 1994, requesting clarifica-tion of who was taking over for Mr. J. Zwolinski in the new organization.

I understand that you *spoke with John Hannon on the evening of November 15, 1994, regarding this matter.

As Mr. Hannon explained, in the new organiza-tion, Mr. Zwolinski's position was abolished; and the overall division structure was modified.

Some of Mr. Zwolinski's former duties were trans-ferred to Mr. Hannon, and some have b~en transferred to the division director or deputy division director.

To furthe'r assist you in understanding the new organizational structure, I have provided copies of pages from Revisions 16.

and 17 of NUREG-0325, the official document of the NRC organization that show the Division of Reactor Projects ~ Ill/IV before and after the October 2, 1994, reorganization.

As Mr. Zwolinski and I discussed with you, you should consider me your point of contact on any issues that you have concerns about as you have been doing with Mr. Zwolinski.

However, you should also feel free to call Mr. Hannon with any questions that you feel are not being dealt with effectively, as he has the first line of management responsibility for the Palisades plant.

Ms. Marsha Gamberoni, the project manager, reports to Mr. Hannon.
