This application requires review of the Design Baseline and Verification Program in use at the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant.

The,fee required pursuant to 10 CFR 170 was not remitted with your application.

Therefore, it is requested that the Authority remit the.

application fee of $ 150 for your March 13, 1987 request.

The Authority will be billed for any additional costs for the review of your applica-tion.in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
