In accordance with 10 CFR 50.36(a), the Harris Nuclear Plant is proposing to implement a change to the Bases section for Technical Specification (TS) 3.2.3.
The proposed change is submitted in preparation for implementing a continuous calorimetric capability.
This change incorporates the inspection guidance from NRC Inspection Procedure 61706, "Core Thermal Power Evaluation," except that shifts at the Harris Nuclear Plant are 12 hours1.388889e-4 days <br />0.00333 hours <br />1.984127e-5 weeks <br />4.566e-6 months <br />.
The attached retyped Bases pages B 3/4 2-5 and B 3/4 2-6 are provided for your information.
