Dear Sir or Madam:

By letter dated March 23, 2016, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) submitted a license renewal application (Reference 1 ), which relies, in part, on results from calculations using the RAPTOR-M3G code for determining reactor vessel neutron fluence. In letter dated November 29, 2017 (Reference 2), Entergy submitted a license amendment request for approval for use of the RAPTOR-M3G code for performing reactor vessel neutron fluence calculations for Waterford Steam Electric Station, Unit 3.

Reference 2 also contains Attachment 3 which supplements the information in the License Renewal Application (Reference 1 ), as discussed during the presubmittal meeting held between the NRC and Entergy on October 19, 2017.

This letter is confirmation that Attachment 3 contained in Reference 2 is a supplement to the license renewal application (Reference 1 ).

This letter contains no new commitments.
