Dear Mr. Keppler:
This letter is in response to Mr. Gaston Fiorelli's letter of September 21, 1978 which we received on September 25 and which transmitted to us the subject report.
Appendix A of Mr. Fiorelli's letter was a Notice of Violation to which the following is the re-quired response.
A report was sent to you in the form of a letter from Mr. D. V.
Shaller dated August 22, 1978 regarding the cited infraction.
The actions taken and to be taken to preclude recur rence were stated therein.
The modification referenced in that letter is expected to be completed by October 31, 1978.
